CONTROLLER for Brown Ereada Amethyst Mats Queen Size with N.P. function
This is a double zone Controller for Queen Size Brown Ereada Amethyst Mats with Silver Fiber Negative Potential Layer
Controllers for Rich Brown Amethyst Mats Queen Size have two temperature dials to chose one of seven temperature settings in the range between 86°F~158°F (30°C-70°C) displayed as levels 1-7 on the controller screen for left and right heating zones of the mat separately.
It activates and auto-shuts off Negative Potential Electrostatic Field after 60 minutes.
These controllers have three time settings for 4, 8 or 12 hours of procedure length to chose. The Timer should be activated to start heating and all other functions. Controller auto-shuts off the mat zone after preset time expires.
Left and right heating zones of the Queen Mat are controlled and operated separately.
Heat levels are displayed as Levels on the controller screens individually for each zone.

Controller has built-in AUTO EMI ( Electromagnetic waves interception ) function automatically detecting and transferring absorbed EMFs spikes into the wall socket “ground pin” for Earthing.
COMPATIBILITY
THIS CONTROLLER FITS BROWN EREADA AMETHYST MATS QUEENÂ SIZE 59"x75". It does not fit Purple Ereada Mats and Gemstone Ereada Mats.
Before 2015 these controllers were calibrated for 9 temperature levels in the same temperature range. We reduced number of levels for better reliability but all prior to 2015 models of Brown Ereada Amethyst Mats are completely compatible with these new controllers with 7 heat levels.
Ereada ventilated controller is very durable and if it was not damaged while in shipping process it should work properly for many years.
USEFUL TIPS
To extend life, please, follow these rules:
- When the controller plug is disconnected from the mat terminal, it is important not to pull the controller plug by the wire as it may damage the connectors or make them loose. The controller cable connector plug is to be pulled by one hand holding the mat connection terminal socket by the other hand and slowly disconnecting each from other.
- The plug with connector from the controller to the mat terminal socket should be connected tightly. If not errors may be shown. The easiest way to solve any  problems is to reset controller by disconnecting the plug of the controller from the power socket first and then from the mat connection terminal. Then first reconnect the mat tightly and then plug it into electricity socket again.Â
- Do not put the controller on the hot mat. Do not spill water on controller. Never touch it with wet hands. Never wash it or clean with chemicals.
- If your area is subject to frequent electrical blackouts or power spikes, it could be better to connect the device to electricity through a surge protection, AVR or UPS device similar to that one which protects computers or refrigerators. It will protect the controller from power surge caused faults.

The prices you see online do not include sales taxes in the USA.
We charge you with the sales tax only if your shipping or billing address is in Wyoming. However, legislators often change related tax laws, and it may be that other states' governments require us to collect sales taxes for shipments there in the future.Â
Currently, if you didn’t pay a sales tax at the time of purchase, you may be required to pay the use tax in your state.Â
We ship orders within the U.S. as quickly as possible, often on the same or next business day. However, during the holiday season, processing may take 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available for a fee, delivering in 2-6 business days.
Due to the size of our products, 1-2 day shipping isn’t guaranteed, and express options may incur high fees.
For P.O. Boxes, APO addresses (with military discounts), or U.S. territories, please choose USPS or contact us for free shipping confirmation.
Delays may occur during extreme weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping, Duties and Taxes
The prices you see online do not include import duties and local taxes like GST and VAT in your country of destination.
Upon the arrival of the product, the local customs authorities may charge you with extra payments.Â
Please note that when the orders are shipped overseas, they are subject to your country's localÂ

However, some countries have a "zero tax threshold" that changes occasionally and can be as low as 100 euros or as high as 1500$, depending on your local authorities.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy covers domestic orders only. For international purchases, please contact us directly, though we generally cannot accept returns from abroad.
For Defective or Incorrect Items
If we made an error or the product is defective, we cover all costs, including shipping, return shipping, and payment processing fees. You’ll receive a full refund for what you paid—no deduction.
For "Change of Mind" or Unopened Items
If you change your mind or decide the product isn’t for you, you can return any new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost (shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable).
- While shipping is usually included in the product price, it will be deducted from the refund:
- $20-$30 for mini mats
- $40-$50 for midsize mats
- $60-$80 for professional size mats
- $100-$200 for single or queen-size mats

When returning items, both shipping to you and return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
For opened and tried items, a 15% restocking fee will also apply, in addition to return shipping costs. This covers the replacement of disposable covers for hygienic reasons.Â
No restocking fees apply to unopened or defective items.
How to Return
Email ereada@ereada.com for return authorization. Provide proof of purchase such as an Amazon Order ID, PayPal record, credit card statement, receipt, or invoice.
No Proof? Send detailed information about your purchase (name, approximate date, product, etc.), and we’ll attempt to locate it.
Shipping Options
We can email you a FedEx return shipping label, with costs deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping. Ensure the package is insured, as you are responsible until we receive it (make sure to add your Return Authorization number to the label).
Refund Timelines
2–3 weeks is the typical refund processing time.
Up to 10 business days for us to receive your return.

International Returns
