Warranty CoverageÂ
Purple and Gray Collections:- Covered by a 1-year warranty.
Classic Brown Collection:
- Covered by a 2-year warranty, valid for both home and heavy-duty professional use.
Important Notes on Warranty
- The warranty covers factory defects but does not include damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Controller Failures:
- The most common issue is due to power surges or poor connections between the mat and controller.
- To prevent this, always use surge protectors with your mat.
- Replacement controllers are available for purchase if needed.
- Free shipping and return shipping is included in case of factory defects.
Standard Warranty Terms
- Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for most products.
- Applies only to products purchased from Ereada Corp in the U.S.
- Covers defects in materials or factory workmanship under normal use conditions.
- Excludes damage caused by misuse, environmental conditions, unauthorized modifications, or improper power sources.
- Warranty is void if the product's serial number is removed, defaced, or altered.
- Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
- Transportation and handling charges for product servicing are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Products outside the warranty period will incur service charges.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
- Warranty terms are subject to change without notice.
