Many customers especially professionals and resellers are interested in discounted used mats or customer returns.
All of these mats pass strict testing, professional cleaning and if necessary refurbishment process. All are sold with complete sets of brand new accessories including owner's guides, storage bags, covers and protectors same as the brand new mats unless it is pointed otherwise in the particular product description.
Usually these almost new mats are returned to us during Risk Free Trial Period ( 30 days ) by our customers who did not like the mats after several trials.
It is very important to self educate, read the owner's guide, consult your health professional, start low and go slow, gradually increasing temperature settings and procedure length and frequencies until your body gets used to crystals pressure and hot stones and you understand how it responds to different types of sessions finishing your learning curve. 
Such mats are sorted, professionally cleaned, refurbished, tested and usually marked as "like new", "very good", "good" or "acceptable".

Used Amethyst Mats Condition Guidelines

Our 3rd party professional refurbishment center highly trained and experienced staff do their utmost to assign an industry standard condition to each item, virtually guaranteeing a great customer experience. In order to maintain this reputation, we have very strict guidelines on the grades and conditions assigned to used items that are refurbished by us. Since one man's "like new" is another man's "acceptable" we have published our internal guidelines.

Like New

An apparently untouched item in perfect condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing, but the original packaging is intact and pristine. There are absolutely no signs of wear on the item or its packaging. Instructions and brand new accessories are included. Item is suitable for presenting as a gift.

Very Good

An almost new item that may have seen very limited use but remains in great condition. The item is complete, unmarked, and undamaged, with all brand new accessories included. It works perfectly but the package and the item may show some limited signs of wear.

Good

The well-cared-for item which may show minor wear from use, but remains in good condition and works perfectly. It may be marked, or show other signs of previous use. All accessories as instructions, covers or protectors are usually replaced for the brand new ones.

Acceptable

The item is fairly worn but continues to work perfectly. If any secondary function does not work completely it will be pointed in the item description. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, dents, and worn corners. The item may have identifying markings on it or show other signs of previous use.
All discounted products sales are final and they are not subject to our 30 days return policy. But all of these products are covered with our standard 1 year warranty with free shipping same as the brand new mats.
