We customize our mats including FREE OF CHARGE into each box with the Ereada mat Two types of waterproof breathable protection covers specially designed for your FIR Amethyst or Gemstone Mat to protect it from spills, sweat, smell, dirt, bed mites, bacteria and moisture:
- This special THICK EREADA PROTECTOR WITH 3-D AIR MESH PAD AND EREADA LOGO ON TOP. This protector is featured with elastic skirt to fix protector on the mat and zipper for controller connector.
- THIN PROTECTION COVER with 4 elastic straps in the corners to fix it on the mat.
Both protectors are completely permeable for Far InfraRed Heat, PEMF and Negative Ions, though the Thick padded protector may dissipate some conductive heat and block Red Light. So for photons it may be better to use your mat without covers.
It is recommended to ALWAYS PUT washable and dryer friendly thinner Cover on top of the non-washable thicker 3-D Pad if you use both.

Thick Ereada 3-D Pad Protector has 5 layers.
- Special waterproof but breathable heat stable PVC-free Dancel TPU membrane with high permeability for FIR crystals rays, PEMF pulsed magnetic fields and negative ions.
- 3-dimensional air mesh supportive material for cushioning.
- Ultrasonic quilted top perforated Bamboo, Cotton or Poly air layer great to maintain the contact between the body and the mat surface dry.
- Needle punched Cotton or Poly filler absorbing sweat and making procedures more comfortable.
- Elastic skirt and corner straps used to fix the protector on the mat
HOW TO USE
This protector is featured with elastic skirt to fix protector on the mat without lifting the whole mat which is especially comfortable for heavier larger mat.
There is a hole with zipper for controller connector.
This new breathable multilayer protective Pad eliminates extra pressure on your body from the mat ribs with crystals.
It is great for all night sleeping on the mat (making it softer) or for longer non-intensive sessions when it is important to have soft permeable cushion on the mat to avoid discomfort caused by the hard stones pressure.
You can also add several layers of bamboo or cotton sheets or towels on the top of your mat, 3-D Pad and Cover to make the sessions more comfortable.
As soon as your body gets accustomed to crystals pressure you may chose to take away extra layers one-by-one.

Of course if you use your Purple Ereada® Amethyst Mat for Red Lights better to do it without protector on the mat.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING: EREADA 3-D PADS MAY BE NON WASHABLE IF 100% BAMBOO TOP AIR LAYER IS USED. AFTER PLACING 3-D PAD ON THE MAT, ALWAYS PUT THE WASHABLE COVER, SHEET OR TOWEL ON TOP OF THE PAD TO PROTECT IT.
Only on rare occasions carefully hand wash the Pad in cold water and air dry.
Though the top air-layer can rip especially when washed, the Pad still can be used for it's main function.
To keep clean FIR Amethyst or Gemstone Mat and Ereada Pad Protector it is recommended to disinfect both once a week leaving the protector for an hour on the mat on the highest heat setting.
We are in the process of transition to our new generation of protectors with the top bamboo air layer composed of 80% BAMBOO and 20% POLYESTER and the new 3-D Padded protectors are washable on hand cycle.

Shipping and Sales Tax
The prices you see online do not include sales taxes in the USA.
We charge you with the sales tax only if your shipping or billing address is in Wyoming. However, legislators often change related tax laws, and it may be that other states' governments require us to collect sales taxes for shipments there in the future.
Currently, if you didn’t pay a sales tax at the time of purchase, you may be required to pay the use tax in your state.
We ship orders within the U.S. as quickly as possible, often on the same or next business day. However, during the holiday season, processing may take 3-5 business days.
Shipping Options:
Free Ground Shipping: 4-11 business days (usually under a week for most locations).
Expedited Shipping: Available for a fee, delivering in 2-6 business days.
Due to the size of our products, 1-2 day shipping isn’t guaranteed, and express options may incur high fees.
For P.O. Boxes, APO addresses (with military discounts), or U.S. territories, please choose USPS or contact us for free shipping confirmation.
Delays may occur during extreme weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping, Duties and Taxes
The prices you see online do not include import duties and local taxes like GST and VAT in your country of destination.
Upon the arrival of the product, the local customs authorities may charge you with extra payments.
Please note that when the orders are shipped overseas, they are subject to your country's local
(1) import duties (0-15%)
(2) GST (Gross Sales Taxes)
or
(3) VAT (Value Added Taxes) may also be in the range between zero and 25%.
However, some countries have a "zero tax threshold" that changes occasionally and can be as low as 100 euros or as high as 1500$, depending on your local authorities.
Before placing an order, please study the current import legislation in your country and keep in touch with us. We shall do our best to assist you.
Also, for international orders, make sure to select the voltage of the product same as in your country.
Order Cancellation Policy
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, no worries! Just let us know, and we’ll cancel it right away and issue you a full refund—hassle-free and stress-free.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy covers domestic orders only. For international purchases, please contact us directly, though we generally cannot accept returns from abroad.
For Defective or Incorrect Items
If we made an error or the product is defective, we cover all costs, including shipping, return shipping, and payment processing fees. You’ll receive a full refund for what you paid—no deduction.
For "Change of Mind" or Unopened Items
If you change your mind or decide the product isn’t for you, you can return any new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost (shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable).
- While shipping is usually included in the product price, it will be deducted from the refund:
- $20-$30 for mini mats
- $40-$50 for midsize mats
- $60-$80 for professional size mats
- $100-$200 for single or queen-size mats

Our NO RISK return policy lets you try our premium Heated Crystal Amethyst Mats for 30 days. It’s a worry-free way to experience the benefits of Ereada® Amethyst Mats.
All sales of refurbished, open-box, and other discounted items are final and non-returnable. Only brand-new products are covered with a NO-RISK return policy.
When returning items, both shipping to you and return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.
For opened and tried items, a 15% restocking fee will also apply, in addition to return shipping costs. This covers the replacement of disposable covers for hygienic reasons.
No restocking fees apply to unopened or defective items.
How to Return
Email ereada@ereada.com for return authorization. Provide proof of purchase such as an Amazon Order ID, PayPal record, credit card statement, receipt, or invoice.
No Proof? Send detailed information about your purchase (name, approximate date, product, etc.), and we’ll attempt to locate it.
Shipping Options
We can email you a FedEx return shipping label, with costs deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping. Ensure the package is insured, as you are responsible until we receive it (make sure to add your Return Authorization number to the label).
Refund Timelines
2–3 weeks is the typical refund processing time.
Up to 10 business days for us to receive your return.
Up to 5 business days for us to process it.
Up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
To speed things up, email us the return parcel tracking number and courier name.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from foreign countries. Please ensure the product voltage matches your country’s power grid. While returns aren't possible internationally, we’ll do our best to help maintain your device globally.

Of course, if the item is defective, you are not charged with any restocking fees. Also, both shipping to you and return shipping within the U.S. are on our account.
